By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Renewal Requirements: You are purchasing Renewal Training for a Security Guard Card and confirm that you meet BSIS requirements, including prior completion of Power to Arrest and 32 hours of Security Officer Skills training (BPC §§ 7583.6 & 7583.7), and required continuing education. Renewal Time Frame: This renewal option is only valid if your registration is active or within the 60-day grace period following expiration. If you do not meet this requirement, you will be required to complete Initial Guard Card Training and pay any applicable price difference. Training Options: If selecting online training, you will receive 60-day access to complete the course at your own pace. If selecting in-person training, you agree to attend your scheduled date at our location. Location & Attendance Agreement: You acknowledge our training location and agree to attend your selected in-person date or contact us in advance to request a reschedule. Reschedule Policy: One complimentary reschedule may be granted if requested in advance. All training must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If not completed within this timeframe, a new purchase will be required. Application Processing: We assist with submitting your application; however, we are not responsible for delays, denials, or issues caused by BSIS or circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to incorrect or false information provided by the applicant. Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases are non-refundable. If you do not meet renewal requirements, your purchase may be reclassified as Initial Guard Card Training and additional fees will apply.
